Monthly business meetings of the Board are held on each first Thursday of the month at 4:30 PM. Membership meetings are usually held on each third Thursday of the month at 7:30 PM. Unless otherwise announced, meetings will be held at the Stafford County Administrative Center located at 1300 Courthouse Road at the corner of US Hwy 1.

FreeStafford County Commissioner of the Revenue, Scott Mayausky, will present on the Juneteenth celebration often called Emancipation Day or Freedom Day.
